Street Art Festival Den Haag

Nine renowned international artists create special 2D and 3D works of art on the boulevard. With impressive paintings and optical illusions, it's like stepping into the scene of the artwork. The masterpieces are inspired, among other things, by the three important tourist themes of The Hague, namely Peace & Justice, Royal and City by the sea.

The first edition of the Street Art Festival was a great success. In the first weekend alone, it attracted about 45,000 visitors and more than 400,000 people eventually admired the street art works of art. People especially like the opportunity to see the artists at work and to see the works of art grow under their hands.

Street Art Festival Den Haag - Madurodam

The second edition of Street Art Festival was held at Madurodam. It focussed on underprivileged children discovering, learning, and having fun in an outdoor setting. The second edition of the festival focuses on imparting art and knowledge to children in an enjoyable manner. This is achieved through interactive elements, enabling children to work alongside international street art artists.

The Street Art Festival focuses its support on three themes: "Fun Learning," "Celebration for All," and "Enhancing Outdoor Play." These themes align seamlessly with Madurodam's essence, where children engage in outdoor activities to explore, learn by street artists, and have fun.
